About Us
Hello! We’re Air360, a short-term let property management company based in Bristol that manages your property on lots of booking platforms including airbnb, booking.com and many more. We’re passionate about enriching Bristolian hospitality - both for guests and hosts! Our small Clifton-based team is committed to helping property owners in Bristol and the surrounding area make the most of their empty properties.
As a part of Bristol hospitality company Quarter, we have over 50 years of hospitality experience behind us, which means we’re perfectly placed to make sure our guests have the perfect Bristol stay. Quarter also run the popular Clifton Hotel, Rodney Hotel, Washington Guesthouse, Berkeley Square Hotel and Berkeley Suites - which means we have a LOT of experience in welcoming guests to Bristol.
We’re a local, independent Bristol business. Quarter began as a small Clifton bed and breakfast, growing into a collection of hotels, bars, restaurants, workspaces and, in 2016, Airbnb property management. Our Air360 team also manage Clifton Short Lets.

When she's not out collecting vintage
glassware, Freya will be at home watching
her favourite Batman films or making her
famous cauliflower cheese for friends.
