Do I need to be located in the UK to use your services?

No! Many of our property owners live abroad, even in locations as far away as Australia, Dubai and the USA.

Do you cater for properties outside Bristol?

We cater for properties all over the country! We have a large portfolio of properties within the Bristol area, but we have also looked after properties in Gloucester, Swindon and Devon.  For properties outside Bristol, the only difference would be that the changeover would need to be performed by an external cleaning team. We can manage this remotely, meaning it's still hassle-free for you.

What are my options if my property is elsewhere in the UK?

 If your property is located elsewhere in the UK we can offer a very similar service.

What is the fully-managed service?

Our fully-managed service includes all cleaning, linens and inspections. It is available to any properties within around 30 minutes drive of our office. This is discussed on a case-by-case basis, so if you are unsure whether you would be eligible for this service, do get in contact with Emily to discuss your options.

What happens if any maintenance issues arise?

Our team can organise repairs either with our in-house maintenance team or with external companies if necessary. If any specialists need to enter the property, such as plumbers, electricians, gardeners or gas safety check companies, they can liaise directly with our team to organise a time that suits.

Can I provide my own maintenance?

Of course! If you have any local contacts who you would like to help out with maintenance or otherwise we can liaise with them to organise access dates between guests.

Do you use agency cleaners to clean your properties?

No, our cleaners are in-house and all part of our team. We are a small, independent company with just one cleaning team, so our housekeepers will quickly become very familiar with your property and its nuances.
 

I have a cleaner already who I would prefer to use for changeover...

If you would rather supply your own cleaning team, we can work together to easily combine this with our property management systems! Wther you're outsourcing or doing it yourself, we would send you the payment for the cleaning fee, so you can use this method to make yourself a profit too if you would rather earn more from your property.

who provides the linens?

We provide hotel-quality linens and towels which we have professionally laundered for your guests! We can supply these for all properties, whether you are using our cleaning service or choosing to provide your own. We also supply bathmats, handtowels and tea towels. You would only need to supply duvets, mattress protectors and pillows. For more information, please get in contact.

how well does my property need to be furnished?

The property needs to be fully furnished and ready for guests to move in! We would also expect the place to be well-decorated so it looks attractive on listings.
We cannot provide any furniture or larger items and we have a list of simple compulsory items which you would need to supply (eg a hairdryer, plates and cutlery etc.) 
However, we do supply items such as tea & coffee, luxury toiletries, loo roll and basic cooking items.

Do you have a minimum contract length?

We offer very flexible contracts, starting at just 3 months full time - we don't offer contracts to properties who are only opening up a few weeks total, or a few weekends accross a year, so we would need at least a few months of dates to open if we were to go ahead. However, much of this can be discussed on a case-by-case basis so please do email Emily at emily.khatib@airthreesixty.com if you would like to enquire about a particular situation.

Guest FAQs

can i park at the property?
 
Parking in Bristol can be tricky, and not all of our properties have private parking. Our listings will outline whether there are permits available for the area or whether we recommend and alternative car park, and we give extra details on this when a booking is confirmed. If unsure, you can always message ahead before you book and the team will be happy to find a solution for you!

how can i plan my stay?
 
Our team are all live locally and we love our city! The guest handbooks contain specific recommendations for places to eat and activities in the area of town that you are staying in. We are also happy to make other suggestions, just get in touch and we'll have the latest on what's good in Bristol.

what should i bring?
 
We provide bedding and towels for all guests, and our bathrooms are stocked with soap and shampoo. In the kitchen you will find tea, coffee and sugar, as well as oil, salt and pepper for cooking. Most of our properties have a hair dryer and an iron too, but you can also check for this on the listing.
